Job Details – Administrative Assistant and Sales Support

We are hiring a highly organised and reliable person to manage administration, client communication, and support sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Administration and Operations

  • Maintain accurate and updated records for clients, bookings, payments, and enrolments using required apps and tech systems
  • Ensure all tasks, data, and follow-ups are completed
  • Keep systems organised and information easy to access
  • Identify and resolve issues in admin processes
  • Provide clear updates and reports to management on all admin matters

2. Client Communication and Bookings

  • Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling
  • Assist clients with using the booking system
  • Assist clients with using the booking system
  • Welcome clients in person and ensure they feel comfortable and attended to
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and attentive presence with clients at all times

3. Sales Support

  • Respond to new enquiries
  • Support enrolments and onboarding
  • Recommend relevant services where appropriate
  • Track enrolments and upsells
  • Earn commission on successful sales

5. Requirements

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems
  • Able to learn all company systems and processes quickly
  • Able to use technology to improve and organise systems
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • Must live within a 10km radius of Melville

6. Compensation and Growth

  • R5,000 to R7,500 per month during probation
  • R7,500 per month after probation, excluding commission
  • Commission on enrolments and sales
  • Ongoing commission from repeat clients
  • Opportunity for growth into higher responsibility roles and remote work

7. Work Details

  • Full-time, in-person role
  • Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Based in Melville, JHB
