In this 5-day beginner program, you’ll learn essential foundations preparing you for your
sewing journey. You’ll gain confident control of your sewing machine, from needles, bobbins
and presser feet to stitch settings and safe machine care. You’ll master cutting, pinning,
pressing, and sewing clean straight lines, curves and corners while learning how to avoid
the most common beginner mistakes. You’ll also build strong sewing habits, tool knowledge
and the ability to work neatly, safely and independently. By the end, with finishing a bag
and a cushion cover, you’ll walk away with a solid sewing foundation that prepares you for
every future course. Real outcome is confidence.

WRAPOVER SKIRT • 150 wide x 1.5m long cotton fabric or • 115 wide x 2m long cotton fabric
SHELL TOP • 150 wide x 1.5m long cotton fabric or • 115 wide x 1.5m long cotton fabric
CUSHION COVER • 50cm medium weight cotton or denim • 30 cm normal zip • 40 x 40 cushion inner. Note: No poly cotton, stretch fabrics, georgettes. Please collect swatches in the first lesson before buying fabrics!. All Cotton fabrics to be pre-washed
