- Conflict of Interest: Submitting reviews from individuals who have a direct business relationship with Sew and Grow or a competing business, without full disclosure of the connection.
Spam Activities We Prohibit:
We strive to maintain a review platform that is both meaningful and helpful to all customers. The following spam activities are prohibited:
- Promotional Content: Reviews that are primarily intended to promote other products, services, or websites, including those of competitors.
- Irrelevant Reviews: Submissions that do not pertain to the specific product being reviewed, such as unrelated comments or off-topic discussions.
- Repetitive Submissions: Posting identical or nearly identical reviews multiple times, whether from the same individual or different accounts, in an attempt to manipulate product ratings or fill the review space.
- Automated or Bot Reviews: Reviews submitted by automated systems, bots, or non-human entities.
- Offensive or Abusive Language: Reviews containing offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory language, or those intended to harass other users or Sew and Grow staff.
How We Handle Fraud and Spam:
- Review Moderation: All product reviews are subject to moderation before being published. Sew and Grow reserves the right to reject or remove any review that is deemed fraudulent, spammy, or that does not adhere to our guidelines.
- Account Investigations: If we suspect fraudulent or spam activity, we may investigate accounts and review histories. Accounts engaging in such activities may be suspended, banned, or have their reviews removed.
